Name of company/service: Airtel Digital TV
Whenever one need to talk to airtel helpline service executive, They didnot Finish the complain and then send the message for complain please call some land line no,
then after calling tat that no they deducted 1 rs per minute and still ask for holding several minute.
If you do for 3 to 4 time you have to spend 40 to 50 rs and still you will never able to complete the complain as they will cut the call.
you feel like cheated.
I must say helpline service is fraud and bakwash from airtel.
i am sure they will not going to improve as they are looting the custmers by both the hands
