Defective furniture not replaced even after making several complains

I bought a T.V Trolly from Estillo Life Style Furniture[-From dealer: Outspace Furnitures Pvt.Ltd. Branch: Shop No.219,Metropolis Mall,Hiland Park, Kolkata-700094, Phn No:40449236 Helpline :64501921.] on 30.12.2012,the product was delivered at my house on 04.01.2013. It had several defects,the body parts had several scratches and even a crack. A lock had not been properly attached. Apparently it seemed that an old used furniture had been delivered instead of a new one. So I complained about the defects in the customer complaint no. (033)40608322 and I was assured first that they will look into the matter. But I have not received any intimation from them yet. The complaint No. is 323. I would appreciate if I get any response from this company as soon as possible.
