My samsung mobile model is 3322. My headset was repair. I went to sunbeam electronic (samsund authorised service center). They replace the headset but that headset is not suitable for my mobile model. it was ordinary headset, Bass effects is not working in that headset. I already informed to that service center manager. His name is sathish. But he don’t take steps till now. So pls help me.
