IBPS not refunding my money

Location/place: bhubaneswar

i applied for CWE SPL II PO exam on 28th january through IBPS.after i paid Rs 409.00 it says invalid link and my account deducted.i dint get my registration number and passowrd.i had to fill the form again and paid Rs 409.00.i called on their customer care number all the day but it comes busy and no one respond.even i sent them mails too but till now i didnt get any response fromt hem regarding refunding my money.
