Name of company/service: BSNL
I am a web designer and developer and I depend on a stable internet connection to make a living.
BSNL has taken 4Mbps download speeds to heart and forgotten about all the other things one does with the internet(browsing,etc.) I can only download and nothing else.
I am in distress as I may lose a lot of my work due to being unable to work on my projects.
Please advise.
