   I am portable to but these days I am
   really very fedup with your sudden
   unauthorized balance deductions.
   On 12th feburary 2013 My balance was
   Rs.123at around 12pm. But today
   morning i.e 13th feburary 2013 My
   balance is Rs

   9044155686 (Prepaid Connection) and
   I am using your TataDocomo Service
   since 3 years but these days I am
   really very fedup with your sudden
   unauthorized balance deductions.
   On 23rd January 2013 My balance was
   Rs.180 at around 9 pm. But today
   morning i.e 24th January 2013 My
   balance is Rs
   8.31.
   Now my question to you is Why there
   is sudden hefty balance deductions
   even when I have not used any of
   your service.
   When I called up your customer care
   no. on 24th January morning they not
   even bothered to listen my complaint
   properly.
