I came to Know over phone that you have repaired my set, so now I want a Reliability report of my hand set in which it should be clearly mentioned from your side. What was the issue in my hand set and what action taken against issue by you . This report certified by an government authorized organization.I am not happy with your previous services.

आपका उत्पाद गुणवत्ता से परिपूर्ण होता है / उत्पाद आपका अच्छा है लेकिन आपके कर्मचारी अपना कर्त्तव्य भली भाँति नही निभा रहे या तो आप अपने ग्राहक हटा दो या इस तरह के कर्मचारी,जिससे नोकिया का नाम ख़राब हो रहा है / आप अपने कर्मचारियो को प्रशिक्षण और मुझे मेरा मोबाइल दिलाने का कष्ट करे /

Dear Sir / Madam.

I bought a New Nokia C6-00 Phone on 8/1/2012 from Haridwar (UK). But Now the currently it is not working properly .It have below mentioned problems:-
1)It hangs
2)System Error show
3)Photos Memory Full Show
4)It automaticall Switch Off
I have shown this set on NOKIA Care at RANIPUR MORE, HARIDWAR (UK) on dated 15 Oct. , 29 Oct. , 16 Nov. , 01 Dec., , 13 Dec.2012
Your nokia care centar unit is not given proper service to me,I decided to launch a complaint to the consumer forum for the ignorance and lethargic of the service center.
Also this is very noticeable that the people working at Care centers are very careless about the customer & they are not responding to customer’s complaints properly
Engineers are not able to repair my ( Under Warranty Nokia C6-00 ) mobile & they do not pay attention towards our complain, they always said that

I have gone with my mobile NOKIA C6-00, IMEI no.357901047549157. Which is
Under warranty.
I have shown this mobile set 5th time in NOKIA care , Ranipur more
Haridwar (U.K.)
I saw there that NOKIA has arranged all service facility like ESD mat, ESD
Grounding and ESD wrist strap but engineer were working there without ESD
Sleeper and wrist strap .They have hanged wrist strap on side hanger. If
They will work without ESD precautions, it will affect mobile components
.If they will so careless with our mobile then they are joking with
“NOKIA COMPANY”.
I Think they are not aware about ESD, if they know about ESD then they are
Spoiling the name of NOKIA.
So, it is our suggestion that they need training about ESD. CCTV camera
Should be there, it will help to see their activity to NOKIA,s management
That how they are spoiling the name of NOKIA.
