Name of company/service: Svaiza

Svaiza advertized online draw for Apple iphone on despatch of Rs 699/thru credit card.On 1st Dec 2012 I sent thru my PNB credit card the amount which has been debited from my account.The company had mentioned if the name does not figure in the draw full amount will be refunded.I sent several messages that I have neither received the item nor refund.I feel this company is fraud.Pl advise.
