I had ordered 2 jackets from this online portal service Seventymm site on 30dec 2012.I had made the payment through my credit card.they told me to deliver the order within 12-13 days.But I dint received the parcel yet.I have mailed them calling at their customer care but no processing has done on my complaint.whenever I am mailing them a system generated mail come to me saying my issue has been registered,and will process soon,but i am waiting from so much time,and also have to bear the credit card bill charges.That’s why i am registering this complain
