i raghu taken a new postpaid connection with airtel on january 10 and activated on 12th january. the plan is for Rs.299/- rental which gives 600mins talktime free, 600msgs free and 1GB 2g netwtwork free. all these things are for one month. suddenly on 22nd january morning my phone services were blocked due to credit limit reached maximum. now the bill amount is 6300/- for 10 days. I spoke to customer care they informed bill is on proreta basis so i have limit of 478MB free till 25th of january. Nevre informed about proreta bisis billing to me. i was in a mind that i can use 1gb till feb 12. so i used about 650MB net. now they are charging me extra MB for 15/- per MB. kindly solve this problem
