i have booked my tickets on 06.09.12 for going mumbai but i received message from the airlines on 30.10.12 stating flights are cancelled due to operational issue.after that i have send many emails to the team but no reply and even i called customer care several times but they kepp saying after 20mdays it will be credited but till date i havent received my money back of the amount Rs5524.and now customer care phone numbers are also not working neither any one is replying to my emails.
