i have applied for tikona services in the month of nov 2011. the services are very bad and always poor connectivity. after many complaints the services are ok till april 2012. surprisingly net connectivity is not available from 1st August 2012. I have contacted customer care on the toll free number 7th of August. It was known that due to poor connectivity at Vijayawada location your services at Vijayawada location is disconnected. i have written to customer care and there is no response.
every month i used to get SMS for payment of bill for the month. but at the time is stopping the services there is no intimation about the stoppage of services.
