very poor service of micromax

Dear all

i am very sorry to say micromax services are poor but TV add is very good,My MMX devised was gone for repair one month back(2/12/2012) but still not received,my job sheet no is NO70336-1212-2467076 we have got sms from your company saying that MMX is repaired pls collect but your Jabalpur service center person is not taking phone and when we visit s center seven times they say come after three days,your MMX is on the way or i is in Indore,we had traced in indore they have changed service centre ,we are ready to pay courior charge also but they are not ready to take any action,pls advise how we will get MMX,otherwise we file complane in consumer forum or police because this is very un professional way of giving services
