Delay of porting my Tata Docomo Number To Aircel (+918123245719)

I have been made up my mind to shift from tata docomo career to aircel as the response from customer care executives I get is always bad n unworthy!!
I had requested to port my number to aircel , when it was not done on date the first thing I heard from the care executive it to wait for somedays it will be done. And few days later when I had called they fooled me telling your number is not requested for porting. I m seriously hurt for being fooled. Please help me out ,I can’t change my number cause its being almost used for a long period of time..
please help me out.!!
