Regarding Bill

Location/place: Patna/Bihar

Name of company/service: Reliance Telecom

I have new post paid connection of RelGSM of plan RTUNLIMITED899. In the plan its clearly mentioned in RCOM website Monthly Commitment 899. This plan belongs to STD offer.
But when i got my first bill its 1349.16 rs. I spoke with customer care they are telling you have limited plan for 300000 sec only then after you have to pay charge. When i told even i got not this information from your reliance world also they no you have to pay this money.

Team, could you please help me on this, i can provide you more technical/non technical information base on your call.
