<p><b>Location/place</b>: Haryana</p><p><b>Name of company/service</b>: Idea Cellular</p>I have a text massage on my no. 8059249755 which i shortly i recieve an sms from IZ-ideaCMS that i have charged 49 rupees for downloading some videos from XINLABS. My Mobile was connected idle to edge service and I have not done any surfing nor downloaded any videos from the so calledservice.
I havn’t subscribe that kind of
service in past. I tried
lodging a complaint at idea
customer care but executive denied
registering the complaint as according to
him I have downloaded videos hence the charge
I decide to complain against company response, no refundable. I hope to get solution here
