No service provided after purchase in warranty

I have purchased a Videocon Kenstar Geyser (KENSTAR HOT SPRING 25L GE) on 11/08/2012 from METRO Survey No. 26/3, A- block, Ward No. 9, Subramanyanagar, Bangalore 560055.
On January 5th 2013 I had registered a complaint to KENSTAR CUSTOMER CARE (08039404040) regarding WATER LEAKAGE FROM MY GEYSER. Complaint No: BAN0501130067. After that one fellow came and opened the tank and its accessories and informed me that the main tank is leaking, this needs to be replaced. He assured to provide the service within 72 hrs.
Since then no one has come neither they have contacted me regarding the issue. I have lodged repeated complaints from January 19th 2013 Complaint No: BAN1901130102. I received an SMS having the service engineer MR. MANJUNATH M‘s No. He called me and told that he will be coming on MONDAY JANUARY 21ST 2013. So I took leave from my office and kept waiting for him till evening. It was only after 5:00 pm I called him to enquire about the matter he then told me that he is on leave. So, I called back to the customer care to inform about the same Customer Care Executive MS. NAGO assured me that service will be done by 72 hrs, by JANUARY 24TH, and also she had given me their SERVICE MANAGER MR. UNNI KRISHNAN’ NO (+91-7259124444), who also assured the same. But to my surprise no one came neither I was informed about the matter. It was on 24TH JANUARY I received another service engineer MR. SNTOSHA’S No. who never picked my call nor he called me. Then after my repeated inquires to different customer care executives I received an SMS that my REQUEST HAS BEEN CANCELLED. I had called MR. UNNI KRISHANAN many times who never bothers to receive my call.
Again on 24th Jan. night I spoke with MR. MANJUNATH, on Customer Service, he also assured that by 25th January my service will be provided by 11:00 A.M -12:00 NOON.
But no one had come then I called MR. MANJUNATH back on 11:45-12:50 A.M. then this rude fellow told “SINCE IT’S NOT 12:00 NOON, I SHOULD HAVE PATIENCE AND WAIT TILL 12:00 and provided me with MR. ASOKA’S NO.(+91-9620449270) to discuss the matter with him, but the no. is out of service. After 12:00 P.M I called MR. MANJUNATH back but instead of receiving my call he transferred it to MR G.G who also assured to do the same service by 25th Jan and also once again provided MR. UNNI KRISHANAN’S No. then I tried with a different no. and Mr. Unni Krishnan received the call and told he will get back to me soon and provide the service by 25th January. Till 5:00 pm I did not received any calls from Mr. Unni Krishnan, then I tried to call him 6-7 times he never receives my call. At 7:31 P.M I received another SMS telling my service has been cancelled. After that I tried to call Mr. Unni again but he did not receive. Then I had to call those hopeless Customer Care Executive who informed me that my service will be provide by 26th January (which is not a holiday for them). On 26th morning I called at 09:42 A.M regarding my service status, I was told that they have informed the concerned dept. and I will get the service by 11:00 A.M.
Till now I have not received any call or no one has come to mend my stuff. There is 24 hrs. water dribbling from my geyser as their technician has opened up the tank and other accessories, presently I am not able to use the bathroom as it is flooded. I am afraid that I may get an electric short circuit anytime due water dribbling from the tank, which may cause some serious damage or accident, or loss of life to myself, my family and also my property damage. I want to know who is responsible for any accident, if happens and will Videocon Kenstar bare the compensation for the loss of life and property? I have taken photographs of the leaking geyser which I can provide for reference.
