Improper Balance Deduction

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Location/place&lt;/b&gt;: Bareilly&lt;/p&gt;<p><b>Name of company/service</b>: TATA DOCOMO</p>Sir,
I am using the Internate service of TATA DOCOMO for which I used to get 4.5 GB free mobile surfing by recharging with Rs 95/-.
I recharged with Rs95/- on 21Jan 13 for Internet services andyain’t balance of Rs145/-existed in my mobile.After recharging ,I got the confirmation message that my mobile has been recharged with 4.5 GB data.
Please note that I received this message on 21/01/13 at 1814 hrs.The original message was as mentioned below .
” Hi! STV Recharge Successful. MRP: Rs.95, Validity: 30 days, 4.5 GB Data. Tranc ID:100002312788002″
Then I operated the Internate. After few minutes, I received a message at 1918 hrs as follows” Last Session Charges for 11394.784KB is Rs 114.0. Bal in core is Rs.31.542 and validity 2025-03-22. Bal in Promo balance is Rs.0.0 and validity 2015-05-25. ”
Immediately I started to lodge a complaint to customer care through ‘online complaint cell ‘ and during lodging the complaint again my balance deducted from my main balance as again a message appeared as ” Core balance Rs.0.00 validity 22/03/2025 .Please recharge immediately to continue making outgoing calls -Tata Indicom TruePaid.”
My complaint which was lodged to customer care was
” Please refer the following message received at1814.”Hi! STV Recharge Successful. MRP: Rs.95, Validity: 30 days, 4.5 GB Data. Tranc ID:100002312788002″ After recharge of DATA pack ,while I was using net suddenly I received the message as follows.” Last Session Charges for 11394.784KB is Rs 114.0. Bal in core is Rs.31.542 and validity 2025-03-22. Bal in Promo balance is Rs.0.0 and validity 2015-05-25. This message was received at 1918 hrs. Oh! I now just got the message as ” Core balance Rs.0.00 validity 22/03/2025 .Please recharge immediately to continue making outgoing calls -Tata Indicom TruePaid.” My mob no-9219182106. Please fix the problem immediately.”
After lodging the complaint they replied that the deduction was genuine and the reply is given below .

Greetings of the Day!

Thank you for your e mail dated 21-Jan-2013.

I am extremely sorry to learn that you are facing a concern of constant balance depletion in your mobile number 9219182106 & sincerely regret the inconvenience caused to you due to this.

We would like to inform you that the charges Rs 145 have been levied correctly for surfing chargeble website on 2013-01-21 19:18 PM, hence we are unable to refund any balance.

For any additional support, please call us at 121 from a TATA number or at 1860-266-5555 from a non TATA number. You may also write to us at [email protected] /[email protected] (incase of Delhi customer)

After getting this type of reply I was shocked and tried to convince that my deduction from main balance was wrong but the Customer care Executive told me that I used video and 3G data etc etc.
But I only used normal websites like Facebook,
