Dear All,
I am ( Brajendra Singh rajpoot ) owing your coonection number 8574737373. On 08/01/2013 i have cleared my all due that is 2800 and after that i have checked my UNB amt its some 600 rs only. But now today I received a msg that shown that my unb amt is 18000 and after contacting ur customer care and your aircel shop , ur executive told me that it is internet usage in 5,6,7 date of this month.
1. when i checked after my due clears, my outstanding shows only 600 rs and that is 08/01/13, and aftertaht all of sudden it increases due to usauge of interenet on three days back, i have also checked it on 10th too and it doesn’t shows any hyper change in it.
2. I have not use my sim on any device.
3. How can anyone use 18000 on internet just in three days.
Pls, send me the usage of data packs for those three days with the device trail which was supposed to use.
And pls look into this , and i m seriously very shocked with all these and want to port out from your company so, pls look into this and pls, clearlfy the all due amount so, i can easilyport in to some other service provider.
my aircel number have total limit 4000/- and current out standing -160rs but my last bill generate 20000/-
