Name of company/service: Tata Docomo
One of the most horrible service provider I have ever seen….
I had ported my number from Vodafone to Docomo only for 899
unlimited STD Plan and Docomo had sent one of the executive to
collect Rs.850 security deposit.
The executive did not pay the money to Docomo and they have
activated 199 plan instead of 899 plan but surprisingly in the
welcome call, they did not mention that….
All of a sudden one day evening I got a call to pay the unbilled
amount of 1800 and within 12 hours they stopped my outgoing call
facility….The Funny thing is, they had placed an IVR saying call
121 to talk to Customer care but the Outgoing call facility was
barged..
After contacting the Customer care, the floor supervisor said the
executive may be not from Tata docomo …! I had provided my
contact number to tata docomo through their official website, so
they sold they number to third party and gave the SIM to some
unknown guy with out confirming details( What a Scrap) !
I had to pay the unbilled amount and they promised that the issue
would be fixed ( on 17th Jan) but on 19th they closed the ticket
without fixing the issue so again I had to raise a new request
(#344900893). Initially the Floor supervisor Sandeep told that the
issue would be fixed by 24th Jan and he suggested to visit a
Docomo store. I did the same and another supervisor at the store
informed that the issue would be fixed by 21st Jan. He even
emailed to his Manager in front of me.
To my surprise when I contacted on 24th to get the update, Docomo
said the ETA of the resolution is 28th…Not again I have to pay
Rs.3000 to continue the service meanwhile they will be working to
fix the issue…..Again WHAT A SCAP..!!!!
I know that DOCOMO will remove this post from this page to keep
their image clean. My request to everyone that DO NOT BELIEVE Tata
docomo customer care guys and the executive they send to home.
I have already lost Rs.1800+Rs.850…..OTHER SERVICE PROVIDERS MAY
CHARGE YOU EXTRA BUT WON’T CHEAT YOU.
