i ordered an I phone for me from Svaiza.com, now he did not check this sites background. They charged Rs. 699 from my account as he went through online banking. Placed the order online on 25th Jan 2013 . I made a check about the company and I was amazed to see that this company has been cheating hard working Indians all accross the company. I learnt what this company does is it puts items on heavy discounts and when people order they then send the a email confirmation WITHOUT ORDER NUMBER. They just write your Order number … Now customer is suppose to receive the item in 7-8 working days and then they send an email that item is out of stock. Then they tell the customer that according to their policy items purchased on discount can not be refunded so you can buy something else for same price. Other items are really expensive as compared to other sit. This is exactly what they just did to me. This site does not have a Landline number and they never answer the mobile numbers mentioned. Then when someone complaints they ask for the order number which they do not mention in the confirmation email. How can the customer know?
Their second way of cheating people is that they tell people you can win a Iphone for rs399 and people send money which they never tell them that they have won, and when people beg they ask them to buy something for same amount and they never send that. HOW IS THIS GOING ON AD WHY IS THERE NO ACTION AGAINST THEM? HOW IS THIS SCAM GOING ON?
I want my money back or the iphone or I want these people ARRESTED. My Father is also looking it up legally.
Also how can we get this site down and get these people Arrested?

    i got a confirmation call from them.they said that you have been shortlisted for the galaxy s3 worth rs599 .they said that they are sending german branded watch worth rs3000 to my house for free.they also said that they are sending a serial pin code to enter on the site to win the phone.i didnt give them nothing till yet.they said that you can pay when your phone arrives through cash on delivery.

    i too have clicked the same thing; samsung galaxy s3 contest.
    but i havent given any of my debit card details.. they even called me and said the same 3000rs watch thing. but i denied the watch and asked them to bring only the coupon…

    I saw that popup open and I had a wish to lookup how many people actually fell for it.
    So I typed in “svaiza.com scam” into google for a laugh.
    paying 699 for a 27000 phone…seems legit
    XD

    yes,svaiza.com is flase.it is not a good company. I am play a contest. then they are call me and ask me,you are win samsung galaxy note2 plz pay rs.899,you pick up within 8 days..but when I recive that ,it is not a galaxy mobile..it’s a just wrist watch with a coupon..I am cheated by svaiza.com. plz, don’t play anythink and buy from svaiza.com.
