against wrong balance deduction and misbehaviour talk

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Location/place&lt;/b&gt;: siwan / bihar&lt;/p&gt;<p><b>Name of company/service</b>: aircel</p>sir on 23 jan 13 at 1750 hrs i have got two msgs about deduction of 15 rupees from my aircel no. 9504635033 . after that i started calling ti complaint cell 198 but i got reply that the executives are busy till now. today i call the same from another aircel no. n i got connected. they replued that it is crossing 24 hrs so we cant refund n they talked so rude. now i want the justice from u. thnk u.
