Subject: Poor service and misbehaviour
Dear Sir,
We have purchased complete Jaguar fittings for our 3 units toilets from Kolkata market only 6-7 months back.
We were regularly facing functional defects and poor chrome defect and after contacting the stores/dealer, we lodged first complaint for service at your Kolkata Jaguar care, which was attended by some Mr Rajnish Verma in early January13. During this visit we requested him to check all flushes being purchased of Jaguar as all are not working properly and to check few taps also. The person was so rude and misbehaved and attended only single flush stating for separate fittings, we have to lodge separate call.
Again on 21/1/2013, we have lodged separate call for all our 3 units and we were confirmed that this time all our Jaguar fittings will be serviced properly. But again the same service person with job card no 031035-A dated 21/1/2013 was deputed at 7.15PM in night, who again argued and misbehaved stating its impossible to service all fittings and again stated that only one flush/ one fitting will be service at a time, moreover his behavior and language was also very rude as such the Jaguar fittings are sold free of cost to us.
Going through his version, we have remarked as under in his job card:
“Out of 3 toilets, the representative argued to service only one tap and the behavior was very poor. Same attitude in earlier visit also that only one flush or one tap will service in one time, we have call/complaint for each accessories/fitting purchased from Jaguar. Please attend complete Jaguar fittings with another service person.”
Such kind of service and response was not expected from International fame company like Jaguar.
