I had Tikona internet for around 1 year as per company request. My company (TCS) reimburse me for internet charges if I submit original paper bill, so I specially requested for paper bill which was agreed at the time of joining the Tikona, but after few months they stopped sending me paper bill after repeated calling they said they will send it which never happened so I discontinued the internet and didn’t make the payment as I was not reimbursed by TCS. Internet was disconnected around 6 to 7 months back. 2 days back I received a threatening call from Tikona saying they will file a case against me for non-payment of bill. So my concern is if I was agreed paper bill which I was not getting and I was not able to reimbursed, am I suppose to make payment for bill. I can be contacted via Email on [email protected]
