SIR, PLEASE NOTE LST 3-4 MONTHS HAVE BEEN LITERALLY FACING PROBLEMS FROM AIRTEL LANDLINE SERVICES. THERE IS NO UPDATE FROM THEM, INSTEAD WE HAVE TO CALL THEM EVERY TIME N TAKE AN UPDATE. EVERY TIME THERE A PROBLEM FOR CABEL CUT OR LINE ISSUE AND ITS EVERY WEEK OR 15 DAYS. THEY DONT CALL BACK NOR THEY GIVE PROPER SERVICE OR REPLY. THE DATE & TIME COMMITTED KEEPS ON VARYING EVERY DAY.
NO DOUBT THEY GIVE THE WAIVER FOR THE RENTAL, BUT WHAT ABT THE WORK LOSS WE FACE.
TODAY I HAVE A COMPLAINT NO. 27665192 N IT WAS TOLD THAT IT WILL BE RESOLVED WITHIN THE SAME DAY. NOW IN THE EVENING AT 7.45PM WHEN I ASK THEM IT SAYS IT WILL BE RESOLVED BY 24TH JAN. AT THE LAST THE PHONE WAS GOING TO BE TRANSFERRED TO THE FEEDBACK, WHICH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DISCONNECTED.
WHO IS GOING TO BEAR FOR THE WORK LOSS WHAT WE ARE INCURRING. I DEMAND A COMPENSATION FOR THE WORK LOSS N A PERMANENT SOLUTION TO ISSUE PROBLEM IMMEDIATELY.
THEY DONT EVEN GIVE US AN ALTERNATE CONNECTION ALSO.
NOW FOR THIS PURPOSE I HAVE TO TAKE A NEW CONNECTION FOR USB DONGLE FOR WHICH I PAY RS. 1000/MONTH ADDITIONAL, LANDLINE WORKS OR NOT I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE USB.
ALSO THE CLARIFICATION WHAT THEY GIVE IS THE CABLE IS CUT, DOESNT SEEM TO BE CORRECT AS MY ANOTHER OFFICE IS JUST OPPOSITE N THERE IS NO PROBLEM IN THERE LINE. ALSO IN THE LAST 3-4 COMPLAIN THEY ARE GIVING THE SAME REASON BUT I AHVE NEVER SEEN THERE PERSON ANY WHERE NEARBY WORKING ON THE CABLES.
