I visited your website and came to know that you deal in consumer protection cases at the international level.
i recently imported LDPE GRANULES from china but the supplier cheated me by mixing the granules with some other material.
Ldpe comes in a 25kg bag . The Consignment i received has ldpe not more than 10kgs and rest all is some other material.
i had also first asked for a sample and the consignment i have received is not as per the sample.
The chinese company is taking it for granted and not listening to my complaints. They Further insist that there has been some fault at the port in India which i suppose is not possible.
kindly tell a way out for the same.
