Bill Generation even after service cancellation request

Location/place: Udham Singh Nagar, Uttarakhand

Name of company/service: tata docomo

i have sent many times request for cancellation of my tata photon (No. 9258056698)earlier from 2-3 months and company sent the resolution of that request. My tata photon no was closed, but company sending the bill till now.
