I am from Kolkata circle.Ported my UNINOR prepaid mobile number to VODAFONE prepaid at December 2012. After port in,I recharged my vodafone number with Rs.48(1st recharge) and Rs.7(2nd recharge).By which,I should get LOCAL on-net 6sec/1p,offnet 2sec/1p and STD 1sec/1p for 90days.But yesterday(22/01/2013),I got a message from vodafone(the number is 540537124) said that “Welcome to VODAFONE!! Now U can enjoy call rate of 60p/min to all mobile(including STD) and 90p/min to Landline (including STD) for 180days.”Though I recharged no plan voucher,why I can not get the actual call charge?
