Not follwing Term Condition laid down in policy papers

Breach of Contracts

（6）In the policy document it is clearly mentioned as unit statements will be provided to you periodically and shall part of this contract。 But you have provided only one unit statement at the first time but no unit statement provided thereafter。So the mortality charge taken on monthly basis was not understand by me after taking the policy as it was not mentioned as monthly. So there is a breach of contract done.

Also morality charge not mentioned as monthly charge but later explaining it as such
