&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Location/place&lt;/b&gt;: ratlam MP&lt;/p&gt;<p><b>Name of company/service</b>: idea cellular</p>Sir my idea account has rs 105 but on 19january 2013 idea has deducted rs99 by providing me SMS that you had downloaded videos from xinlabs

I had not downloaded any video and I want my money back. I Will Complaint in consumer forum. I want it or I will portal my SIM.
