Un necessary replaced & charged for spares

Name of company/service: Tata Sky

i logged a call with tata sky customer care ( ref no.1-18341230013) on 14jan for problem in secondary set top box & same was attended ( by rahul) but service engineer replaced some other part in dish instead of checking the set top box…and closed the call.. after one hour i again logged a call ( ref no. 1-1834568139). Cause i was busy on 15jan, tata sky has re-generated tickets ( ref no. 1-18349506211 & 1-18358070394). Last ticket no. Was 1-18366399281 & call attended on 16jan by kishan kant and he said that the main reason is lose cable in set top box. He fixed it and closed the call. After few minutes i recd sms & msg aleart for money depositing for service charges or else my connection is de-activate….i called again ( ref no. 1-18377594077) and told them as a premium customer, i am not suppose to pay service fee…first they dis-agreed and when i asked them to check my account then they said fee is for part changed….now, my question to them is how can i pay for a part which is un-necessary changed by their un-educated service person….pls help me to get this settle and take the refund….gurpreet singh kalsi
