bad service & refund of money

sir /madam ,
with ref to above ; i had taken an new airtel dth hd connection on 14/10/12( online) on the
basis of good quality of serivce. within hrs after talking new connection , the qualitity of service were very badly reflected then & there & upto this date filing compliant. below are the summerised details of complaint

1, after buying online on 14/10/2012 at 14.00hrs , there was no any response whn they ill come fitting .i had asked them come nxt day moring . only after myself calling @ 12.oopm next day, the people from local office came to install by 4pm. due the very bad communication between the company & local dtch dealer , i had to waste one day waiting without doing my work at shop

2, i had paid 2890 rs. i had asked for transperent account statment for which particulars of the money have been accounted .more over there was offer 250rs cash back offer to be credited back to my main account. they didint credit it to my account & they give an improper response.

3,stp box had three stickers of same serial nos of one & others with 3 stickers stuck on it

4A, on nov 29th 2012 i have recharged for 1 st time after installation. >the validity of account should expire on 29/12/2012. it got expired on
17th dec 2012.

5, new hd setup box have recording option with remote . whn i had asked them to activate the recording faclity , they told me that i had to purchase new remote free of cost from local office . when i had gone to office,they told me it chargable. followed by that i called the call centre & reply was not satisfactory

6, i hav again recharged the dth from dec to jan for which i had paid foll amount & they cut two hd channels ( 15 hd channels are there in package).more over whn i had asked them to activate on channel, they ill b activating some other channels that i havent asked them to do so

7, when i receive sms for monthly subscrption ( ulta hd 1month pack ) amountto be paid is different from what i hear from call centre for montly subscription charges

8, with myself terrebly fadup with the serivce i told them that i want to terminate connection & asked them for refund of rs 2890. on returning back the amount,i told them
that ill b giving the stepup box & other items . unforunatly i had received the email stating that they wont give back the amount & i had to give the stuffs .

9, nearly for one & half months, every day i used to receive an auto reply message “we have
received the ur compilant & ill respond soon

10, seven days before activation expires, every day i used to get the message ” pay soon to enjoy continoued service “. i had asked them not to
repeat serval times .
