defective Product purchased from Rediff Shopping

Dear Sir,

i have purchased one 12V DC fresh Air Ionic Purified from Rediff Shopping wide order no: 7671149 on 05.01.2013. The product supplied to me by the Rediff is faulty. I have lodged complaint with portal on 14.01.2013 & company promised me to sent the replacement for the defective product.

but now they are making excuses & not making the replacements. Kindly look into the matter.
