Dear Sir,
My LPG connection is in HP GAS & the Agency Name:- Nagpur Gas & Domestic Appliances 66, Hanuman Nagar, Nagpur. Ph.No.:- 0712-2743554, 2748903.
My complaint against the Gas agency which he is delivered to me the Gas cylinder for an Rs.970/-. I claim for an extra amount that he is charge a Rs.470+500 = 970/- i.e. Rs.500/-i will be claimed for it. I subscribed with the gas agency from the dt.09.02.2001 and from this period he will regulary delivered the gas cylinder to my home address but after some years i will not demand or consume the gas cylinders. then he will take it in suspense of my Consumer No.197803. after some years of period i continue to my consumption of my gas cylinder. and regular demanded of cylinder from the dt. 22.11.2012 to onwards.
According to the New Govt.circulars in a year only 06 Subsdies cylinders will be taken. but i taken only two cylinders one is from the dt. 22.11.2012 for an Rs.470/- only & the other is from the dt. 04.01.2013 for an Rs.970/- from the year Mar.-12 to upto Feb.2013.
My Question is if the Govt. circulars says in a year 06 subsdies cylinder will be taken then why the gas agency will taken an extra charge for the second cylinder for a Rs.970/-.
Plz. help me about the irregularnace for that case.and refund me a amount of Rs. 500/- that i would extra pay for the second cylinder.
