relince netconnect does data fraud

i had purchased relince netconnect + dongle on my 1st frc i got 10 gb of data after 1 month i was left with 5 gb 10 , so i made the recharge of rs 255 and i got 30 days validity and 1 gb + 5 gb( carry over data )
but after few days my dongle got swithed off and they told me that i had 0 balance and my documents are not completely although i gave my documents twice
