I HAVE USE THE TATA DOCOMO CELLULAR SERVICE. UNFORTUNATELY ON 17-01-13 AT NEAR ABOUT 1’O CLOCK MY MOBILE BALANCE IS DECEASED WITH “99″ RUPEES, SO I AM TOLD TO DOCOMO CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE CAN’T RESPONSE WITH NOT PROPERLY IN THIS MATER,SO KINDLY CHECK THIS FRAUD. YOUR’S FAITH FULLY – MOHIT KUMAR
