reliance bill payment issue

Name of company/service: reliance netconnect

i using reliance datacard for past one year,
recently i terminated the connection legally by providing necessary documents and the due payments,
but still i m getting bill, and now they sending they took legal action if i cant pay.

i gone to my nearest outlet and ask again, why my connection still alive after i providding the documents….

they replied, u not provided any documents.

what do i doo, am very shocked.

kindly help me asap sir.
