Dear Sir/Madam,
With due respect I would like to inform you that I have logged a complain to EPSON service center on 13th December 2012 my complain number is 291993, still they are not responding to my complain even when I call them they are not receiving my call. Its been more than one month from now.
Siliguri service center number is 03532538455 and Kolkata service center number is 03322831589, in these numbers also I have contacted but no response and service not resume so far.
For which I am facing lots of problem and I have small shop here now is in total loss and is closed till date.
I also told them that if you can’t provide the service replace the product but that also they are not able to do it.
So, on the above context i request you to kindly do the useful so that i can resume my work, for this act of kindness I shall remain ever grateful.
