<p><b>Location/place</b>: chennai</p><p><b>Name of company/service</b>: TATA DOCOMO</p>Respected Sir I am using a tata docomo network with no.8122307630.while using mobile net Rs.49/- debitated though there was written free video download.on clicking there it automatically activate a service without any notice while complaint they refund Rs.30/- only & the balance Rs.19/- will be refunded with in 24hr. Still they not refunde it.Now when i call them , they refuse to refund. so i have to inform you for a solution.I believe it can be solved. thanking you.
