Dear Sir/mam,
Few days back I bought a kids shoes on 6-1-13 from Lilliput kids HSR layout Bangalore.
She wore the shoes 2 days after ie. on 8th Jan and after wearing only 3-4 hours the shoes started tearing at every point, pieces of thin rexine type material start coming out from everywhere of the shoe and i was shocked to see that. I went to the shop a day after and showed this to the store people, they agreed its a manufacturing defect but told me to come after 2 days as their store manager Mr. Sunil was on leave for 2 days, So i did what they said, i again visited them 2 days after and then they said we will mail the customer care in Delhi for replacement or refund and they’ll reply us, you can come after 2 days till we get reply, to which i said its better you give me their email-Id and contact details and ill mail myself as i live in New Delhi only so i can follow up from there.
I called them on 13th and 14th on 011-43792400 and customer care mobile 9711860901 (both the numbers were given to me by showroom and also listed on their website lilliputkids.com (link – http://www.lilliputkids.com/index.php/contact-us/ )and have mailed them on Jan 14th.
The phone kept on ringing and mobile said switched off daily.
I have the original bill and can send pics of shoes in pathetic condition because of its pathetic quality.
