I have participated in an online contest of 100bestbuy.com. I have deposited Rs-399/- for the contest of samsung s-II. on 1/11/2012. it was a monthly contest and as per details the website should send the result of the contest through email.
but I didn’t get any details after i paid 399/- to this site and further as per their norms credit points of 399/- should add in my account. but neither i got result details nor any credit points in my a/c.
I called to customer care many times they promised to resolve the issue but not resolved yet. I send many mails but not got any satisfactory response.
please guide me and help me. what should I do? where to file complaint?
