voucher recharge

on dt-13.01.2013 at hungund I gave rs.250/- to a mobile recharge store shopkeeper to recharge my vodafone mobile(M. No.-8884363513).After a few second he told me that he had recharge my rs.250/- top up on my phone, but I have not check my balance. After I go to my room I checked my balance that my account is not recharged. I have call to vodafone costomer care tell about that problem, he told that recharge will be not done to my mobile so you asked the shopkeeper where you pay money for recharge. But when I asked to that shopkeeper about this problem he told that he already recharge my voucher.
