Samsung Galaxy Note 2 glass cracked

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Location/place&lt;/b&gt;: india&lt;/p&gt;<p><b>Name of company/service</b>: samsung mobile india</p>Samsung told me that the mobile phone is having gorrilla glass which can resist a huge impact but my note 2 glass shattered and now samsung says I need to replace it for RS.8500 . please help me the phone is under warranty.
