Epson L100 Printer Status : “Service Required : The printer’s ink pads are at the end of their service life. Please contact Epson support.”
While registering complaint (No. 318230 on 9 Jan ’13), had been assured about service in 3 working days .
While reminding call yesterday, had been told to “wait till tomorrow evening.”
“Ma’am, TODAY IS THIRD DAY ! ” I had objected.
“Then wait till today’s evening.”
Today is FOURTH DAY & I am still waiting.
