Dear All Indians
We are running an NGO in Junagadh, Gujarat for mentally challenged persons since 8 years. We have chosen Google Adwords to let other people in India know about our organization. I called Google Adwords on 1800-258-2554 on 13/12/2012. With the help of a customer care executive, I have opened my new Adwords account. She commits me that as soon as I spent Rs. 500 in Adwords, I will be eligible for free promotional credit of Rs.2000 and it will be automatically reflected in my Adwords account. Due to this kind commitment from Google, I made payment of Rs. 500 on 14/12/2012. I have spent all five hundred rupees on 22/12/2012 but I haven’t received any credit. So I was calling Google on same number for my money but the answers and reasons were different. Finally Google conclude the one answer to me on 11/01/2013 that I have to spend more Rs. 500 to receive free promotional credit. Is this the policy of Internet giant google to cheat or mislead their costumers. If google was not able to provide free promotional credit, we never tried google adwords for our NGO fund rising. I have soft copy as well as hard copy of all e-mail communications with google regarding this matter and also I kept name of all customer care executives with phone recordings, dates and times of call.
This is my kind request to all Indians to think 1000 times before trust event it is internet giant google.
