Debited my account balance and recharge not done

Location/place: patna

Name of company/service: airtel

I have recharge my airtel 3G plan worth Rs 449 through online payment. My account balance debited but recharge will not done. I got only 1 msg your recharge will be not completed if your balance will be debited then it will be credit within 4 days. But my balance will not be credited. So plz help me.
