I recharged with 98 rs this morning for 1GB benefit and 30 days validity.( As on website)
For which I got only 600 MB and 21 days validity???
Is this fair or cheating?
Why wasnt this updated on website??
And arrogant customer care executives say “You can do what you feel, we cant help you, its not our fault or company’s fault, its your fault that you recharged without asking us.”
This is what I get for being a customer of Airtel for 10 years.
Its time this attitude must change, time to go to some reliable brand.
If possible help me with this.
