RC book still not received

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have Purchased Yamaha FZ midnight black edition on 18.09.2012, and still i
have not received my Bike number and RC book/card and RTO procedure is still
not completed. and dealer is replying me daily that today or next day it will
be complete.
