when i had called to ask the new Tarrif schem which was avialble as teh current tarriff which i was on was expired i got the misleading infromation from the team i ended up in loosing by money…when i client them to refund very irresponisble behavior and later they said they will refund but no any action taken till today… i feel their must be sum law to be sent up in order to prevent such scam.. telecom industry is trying to behave smart and taking away money from the people when the educated are facing this issue just thinking what will be the uneducated condition….
