hertha is fraud co….suraj chaubey is cheater

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Location/place&lt;/b&gt;: thane&lt;/p&gt;<p><b>Name of company/service</b>: pharma. navi mumbai</p>i hv also booked the property for dombivali in the month of oct frm his new co. name is hertha realtors pvt. ltd. nerul….suraj chaubey was the person wen i had booked the flat….he told me his name is sameer rane…i hv paid 30% amt i.e. 225,000/~….after some days i had recd MOU copy for sign then i came to know that its fake agreement then i immediatly tried to call that person but his and other staff number is getting switchoff…next day i visited to nerul office bt there was 2 people in the office. i enquired abt the other people and to cancel my flat but they told me that office is shifted to vashi at sector 2 co. called reality india homezone pvt ltd..imeditly i visited to vashi office they told me that give writing application to cancel booking and you will get money into 15 days…i gave application and after 5 to 6 days i visited the office but office was closed..then some people were there they said they had also invested for property frm this company..its fraud…suraj chaubey is arrested by vashi sector 6 police..nw he is under locked up at vashi sector 2 police stn…he is saying all the money of customer is with yogesh karande…….plz help us to get our money from suraj chaubey, yogesh karande and his team..my mob no is 9819938771
